Gut check, simplified.
You’ve got questions. We’ve got answers straight from the source.
Here’s everything you need to know about feeding your inner ecosystem (minus the jargon).
How LOAM Helps You
What does LOAM do for digestion?
LOAM supports smoother, more regular digestion by feeding beneficial gut bacteria and reducing bloating.
How does LOAM support energy and focus?
By nourishing the gut-brain axis, LOAM helps improve natural energy and mental clarity throughout the day.
Can LOAM help with immunity?
Yes. A diverse microbiome plays a key role in immune defense, and LOAM’s fibers are designed to strengthen that system.
What makes LOAM different from other fibers or probiotics?
Most fibers focus only on regularity. LOAM combines six clinically chosen prebiotics that work across digestion, energy, immunity, and metabolism — all in an invisible, tasteless formula.
How soon will I notice results?
Many people feel digestive improvements like reduced bloating within 1–2 weeks, with energy and immunity benefits building over time.
What’s Inside LOAM
What’s in the LOAM Prebiotic Fiber Formula?
Six precision fibers — from guar gum, tapioca, wheat, corn, and carrots — clinically chosen to target different aspects of gut health.
Is LOAM gluten-free, vegan, and allergen-free?
Yes. LOAM is certified gluten-free, vegan, and free from the top 8 allergens, including soy and dairy.
Why six fibers — can’t I just take one?
Different fibers feed different microbes. Our 6-in-1 blend was designed to cultivate diversity — a key marker of a thriving microbiome.
What ingredients are not in LOAM?
No artificial sweeteners, no sugar alcohols, no added sugars, no preservatives, no fillers, and no cheap commodity fibers.
How is LOAM tested for safety and quality?
Every batch is third-party tested for purity, potency, microbial safety, heavy metals, and Low-FODMAP compliance.
How to Use LOAM
How do I take LOAM?
Mix one scoop into 10–12 fl oz of water or any liquid, stir, and let it sit for 60 seconds before drinking.
When is the best time to take it?
Anytime that fits your routine — morning, afternoon, or evening. Consistency is what matters most.
Does LOAM have a taste or texture?
No. LOAM dissolves invisibly into liquids or foods with no taste, grit, or chalkiness.
Can I add LOAM to food instead of water?
Yes. LOAM blends seamlessly into smoothies, oatmeal, soups, or other foods.
Is LOAM safe for sensitive stomachs or while pregnant/nursing?
LOAM is formulated to be gentle and Low-FODMAP, but we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider if you’re pregnant, nursing, or managing medical conditions.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic orders with in-stock products are estimated to arrive within 3 to 5 business days after leaving our warehouse. Shipments to US territories, Alaska, and Hawaii can take 4 to 10 business days after fulfillment. International shipping speeds vary by location but typically arrive within 8 to 16 business days after leaving our warehouse. Please note that fulfillment generally takes 1 to 2 business days. During holiday seasons fulfillment can take longer. A shipping notification with a tracking link is emailed to you when your order ships.
Why is international shipping so expensive?
International shipping and customs fees can add up, and we know that’s frustrating. To help offset the cost, we'll be offering a quarterly shipment option with free international shipping. This will allow you to purchase three months' worth of LOAM at once, and we'll take care of shipping fees on our end. Depending on where you're located, you may be responsible for additional customs fees, which you'll be able to see upfront when you make your purchase.
Supporting microbiomes across the world is important to us, and we appreciate your patience as we work to make LOAM accessible to everyone!
