Shipping, Delivery, & Returns

We ship all orders from our warehouse within 1โ€“2 business days, including international orders. We proudly ship worldwide! ๐ŸŒŽ

Delivery options are as follows:

USA (Domestic)

Standard Shipping (3โ€“5 business days) โ€” $5 flat rate or FREE for subscriptions and on orders over $100.

For International orders:

Shipping fees vary by location and include all local taxes and duties, collected at checkout to avoid surprise fees upon delivery.

International shipping and customs fees can add up, and we know thatโ€™s frustrating. To help offset the cost, we'll be offering a quarterly shipment option with free international shipping. This will allow you to purchase three months' worth of LOAM at once, and we'll take care of shipping fees on our end. Depending on where you're located, you may be responsible for additional customs fees, which you'll be able to see upfront when you make your purchase.

USA, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

Returns & Cancellations

Tried LOAM and didnโ€™t love it? No problem. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or refund.

To start a return, email support@loamscience.com with your order number. Once approved, weโ€™ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

  • Unopened product: Eligible for a full refund once returned (note: return shipping not prepaid).

  • Opened product: Itโ€™s yours to keep! We offer refunds for your first purchase only (either a one-time order or your first subscription order).

    Original shipping, handling, and package insurance costs are non-refundable.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. Our team will make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Weโ€™ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you havenโ€™t received your refund, please contact us at support@loamscience.com.
