The research is ever-evolving, but by now we know that in many ways: your gut 🤝 your skin. And what exactly does skin like to “eat,” you ask? Antioxidant-loaded strawberries, healthy-fat-featuring avocados, and plenty of fiber. So we did our own spin on that one viral smoothie with skin-loving ingredients that sent fans by the droves to that one celebrity-frequented grocery store in Los Angeles. Instead of collagen peptides, we opted for LOAM Prebiotic Fiber Formula of course, because a well-fed gut microbiome is linked to short chain fatty acid production that helps modulate inflammatory responses that show up in the skin.¹ It’s easy to be gut-loving, skin-saving, and look chic doing it.
