Fruit juice gets a bad rap for its sugar content, but round out this summer potion with chia and LOAM fiber to help slow that blood sugar spike. Invite over some friends for a cheers to summer and closing in on your daily fiber requirement at happy hour.
Recipe: Watermelon Chia Strawberry Limeade
Ingredients

1 small watermelon or 1/2 large watermelon

15 strawberries

1 sachet of LOAM

2 tbsp chia seeds soaked in 6 tbsp water for at least an hour

1 tbsp pink peppercorns (optional)

Juice of 2 limes

Honey to taste

3/4 cup water

Handful of frozen blueberries or other favorite berry†
Method

Blend all ingredients, apart from the chia and blueberries.

Taste and adjust the sweetness to your liking.

Stir chia into the lemonade.

Pour into a glass with ice and frozen blueberries.
Serves 4. Contains about 7g of fiber per serving.
