Shipping policy

We ship all orders from our warehouse within 1–2 business days, including international orders. We proudly ship worldwide! 🌎

Delivery options are as follows:

USA (Domestic): 

Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) — $5 flat rate or FREE for subscriptions and on orders over $100.

International: 

For subscriptions and on orders over $100 USD.

Shipping fees vary by location and include all local taxes and duties, collected at checkout to avoid surprise fees upon delivery.

International shipping and customs fees can add up, and we know that’s frustrating. To help offset the cost, we'll be offering a quarterly shipment option with free international shipping. This will allow you to purchase three months' worth of LOAM at once, and we'll take care of shipping fees on our end. Depending on where you're located, you may be responsible for additional customs fees, which you'll be able to see upfront when you make your purchase. Supporting microbiomes across the world is important to us, and we appreciate your patience as we work to make LOAM accessible to everyone!
