We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on eligible first purchases made directly through loamscience.com. To request a refund under this guarantee, please contact us at support@loamscience.com within 30 days of your carrier-confirmed delivery date and include your order number.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you've opened and tried LOAM and it wasn't the right fit, you may be eligible for a refund under our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

For eligible orders:

  • The guarantee applies only to your first purchase, whether it is a one-time purchase or your first subscription order.

  • Subsequent orders are not eligible for the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Original shipping, handling, customs duties, taxes, and package protection fees are non-refundable.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted.

In limited circumstances, we may authorize the return of unopened products for orders that are not covered by our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Return authorization must be obtained from our Customer Experience team before any product is sent back.

If a return is approved:

  • Products must be unopened and in their original condition.

  • A flat £5 return processing fee may be deducted from your refund.

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

UK statutory consumer rights may apply in addition to the guarantees described above. If you use the withdraw contract function, those requests will be routed to our customer experience team.

Replacements & Other Resolutions

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise does not meet expectations, please contact us. Depending on the circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Additional Information

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Once approved, refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your financial institution.

  • Orders purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces are not eligible for refunds or returns through LOAM and must follow the retailer's policies.

  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

  • We reserve the right to deny refunds, returns, replacements, or credits in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, misuse of this policy, or excessive claims.
