Crush your daily fiber goal with this creamy pesto sauce. The brilliant function of sauces like pesto or hummus is their ability to hide many ingredients in the mix (like truly so many gut-loving ingredients). The secret ingredient in this? White beans. Protein and fiber-power all under the guise of green sauce. Pile it onto noodles, swipe it with bread, or spoon it over roasted veggies.
