About the Role
As Head of Growth, you will own the performance layer of the business - managing paid acquisition, retention marketing, funnel optimization and data-driven growth experimentation. You’ll work closely with the VP of Marketing, who leads creative direction, brand voice, and content strategy, to ensure seamless collaboration between storytelling and performance.
This is a fully remote position (North America preferred) with cross-functional collaboration across marketing, operations, and CX. This role reports to our Founder & CEO and is a highly analytical, executional role for a builder who loves data, testing, and optimization.
Primary Responsibilities:

Own all Performance Marketing and Acquisition for the business - strategy, execution, and optimization for ROAS and CAC targets; test and scale new channels (influencer performance, affiliate, podcast, etc.); build and manage tracking dashboards and performance reporting to enable swift and effective consensus building and decision making

Manage all conversion and funnel optimization - oversee landing page testing, A/B experiment designs and executions, and on-site conversation rate optimization; collaborate with the VP of Marketing and product teams to align creative testing with conversion data

Own all Retention and LTV growth for LOAM - oversee email/SMS strategy and drive repeat purchases and subscriptions; partner with CX to identify churn drivers and improve retention; develop reactivation and win-back programs

Build a scalable system and methodology for Growth - develop growth dashboards and analytics tracking, manage forecast builds, and translate data insights into clear and actionable recommendations for the team
Skills and Qualifications:

4-7+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing for high growth DTC brands, preferably in consumer health/wellness or adjacent categories

Deep experience in paid acquisition, lifestyle marketing, and funnel analytics

Proven track record improving CAC:LTV and scaling acquisition efficiently

Hands-on experience with Meta Ada Manager, Google Ads, Klayvio, Shopify, and Analytics platforms (Triple Whale experience a plus)

Superior quantitative skills - you’re fluent in KPIs, testing, and cohort analysis

Highly collaborative and knows how to build and scale teams as well as processes

Genuine interest in tinkering and testing and an entrepreneurial no-job-too-small mindset
