Temperatures are on the rise, humidity is getting heavier… and that means we might be more prone to water retention, sluggishness, and that heavy, puffy feeling.

But it also doesn't have to be a foregone conclusion. Your gut does a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to digestion, bloating, and how you feel day-to-day—so if summer has you feeling off, it's worth starting there.

So what if we told you that you can cool down with a refreshing classic drink and kick-start your digestion in just a few sips? This Prebiotic Lemonade takes just 60 seconds to come together, contains six invisible fibers and tastes like the summer staple you know and love. Which is kind of the point.

Recipe: Prebiotic Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold water
  • Juice of 2 large lemons (about 1/3 cup)
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 serving LOAM
  • Ice and lemon slices to serve
  • Optional: 4-5 fresh mint leaves, muddled

Method

  1. Combine water, lemon juice, and sweetener in a large glass or pitcher.

  2. Add LOAM sachet and stir vigorously for 20–30 seconds until fully dissolved.

  3. Serve over ice. Garnish with lemon and mint.

Enjoy!
